The hard part

Your website is costing you jobs.

Most customers look you up before they call. Here's what they're finding.

01

It doesn't work on a phone

Most of your customers are standing in a wet basement holding an iPhone. If they have to pinch and zoom to find your number, they call the next guy.

They never tell you they left.

02

Nobody can find your number

Your phone number should be the biggest thing on the page and it should be tappable. On most contractor sites it's buried in a footer in 11-point gray.

Emergency calls go to whoever's easiest to reach.

03

It's four years out of date

Old hours, a truck you sold, a service you stopped offering, a copyright line that says 2021. Every stale detail tells a customer you might not be in business.

Stale details read as "closed."

No nickel-and-diming

Everything's included. All of it.

No add-on invoices, no "that's not in your package." One price, one monthly, done.

📞

Tap-to-call and quote requests that reach you

Built for the way your customers actually contact you: one tap to call from any screen, and quote requests that land in your inbox and on your phone while the job is still warm.

Three steps

One week from hello to live.

1

We talk for 20 minutes

What you do, where you work, who you want calling you. No sales pitch, no "digital strategy session." Just a conversation about your business.

2

I build it

You get a link to the real, finished site. Not a mockup, not a wireframe — the actual thing. You tell me what to change and I change it.

3

It goes live

I handle the domain, the hosting, the Google setup, all of it. You go back to work. When something needs changing, you text me.

Recent work

Real sites, currently live.

One of them is my own heating and cooling company — which is exactly why I already know your equipment, your seasons, and your customers.

This is my HVAC business, and its site is where I test everything first. Service pages for heating, cooling, indoor air, and marine AC. Online booking runs through our field service software, alongside a maintenance membership, customer portal, and financing.

Everything on one screen, built for emergencies. Refrigeration, HVAC, commercial cooking equipment, and ice machines — for restaurants, retail, and homes. Licenses and warranty terms stated up front, and a request form that flags equipment-down calls so they get triaged first.

I also build custom platforms — booking integrations, customer portals, and live dashboards. And if you run a car show or festival on the side, that's a different animal entirely: I build those under Showrunner.

JonMark, founder of Dispatch Contractor & founder

You'll be working with me.

I'm JonMark. I run an HVAC company, and I build every one of these sites myself.

Cozy Llama is mine. I know what a slow week feels like, what a tune-up is worth, and why the phone going quiet in October is a problem. I built that company's site to make my own phone ring — everything I sell you here got tested on my business before it got sold to yours.

There's no account manager, no offshore team, no ticket queue. When you need the holiday hours changed or a photo of the new truck added, you text me and it's done that day — usually within the hour.

That's the whole reason to hire me instead of using a website builder. The software isn't the hard part anymore. Having someone who owns the problem is.

See it before you pay for it.

I build the real, finished site first. You look at it on your own phone, click every button, show it to your spouse. If you don't want it, you don't pay the balance and we shake hands. That's the whole risk.

Straight answers

Questions people actually ask

How long does it really take?

One week from the day I have your photos and details. The holdup is almost never me — it's waiting on content. If that's a problem, I'll write it for you.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, in your own account, and you can take it anywhere. I manage it for you, but I don't hold it hostage. That's not how I want to keep customers.

Do you handle my Google listing too?

Yes, and it's included in every build. If you already have a Google Business Profile, you add me as a manager and I keep it current — hours, photos, services, posts, and replies to reviews. The profile stays in your name and you can remove me any time. If you don't have one yet, I'll build it out with you, though Google requires someone at the business to do the verification video themselves. I'll walk you through that part on a call; it takes about ten minutes.

Why is the monthly plan required?

Because an unmaintained website turns into a liability. Hours go stale, forms quietly break, security patches don't get applied, and a year later it's costing you jobs. I'd rather not build something that'll embarrass us both in eighteen months.

What if I want to cancel?

After the first 12 months you're month to month — cancel any time with 30 days' notice. I'll hand off your site files and help move your domain wherever you want it.

I already have a website. Can you fix it?

Usually I'll rebuild it instead. Patching someone else's site takes longer than starting clean and you end up with something worse. Same price either way.

Will this get me to the top of Google?

Nobody honest can promise that. What I can promise: your Google Business Profile set up properly, service area pages built for local search, and a fast site — which is most of what actually moves local rankings. Anyone guaranteeing you the #1 spot is selling something.

Do you work with companies outside my area?

I work with contractors nationwide. Everything happens by phone, text, and email — I've never needed to be in the same room as a customer to build them a good site.
